The mission of the Union Bethel Community Development Corporation is to serve as a conduit for community expression of citizens and to work cooperatively with other organizations for the good of citizens who shall give of their time and resources to improve the quality of life for residents of the New Orleans area which may include but is not limited to Standard and Affordable Housing, Health Care and a holistic approach that enhances the quality of life. In addition to the declared purposes above, the corporation shall seek to receive donations, gifts, grants, loans to purchase both moveable and immovable property and do those things necessary and proper in the furtherance of the aforementioned purposes and goals.

Praise and Worship begins every Sunday at 10 a.m. Bible Study is every Wednesday 6:30 p.m. If you are without a church home, a new resident of the area, a student, or residing in the area on a temporary basis, you are invited to share in the ministry of Union Bethel.

Church is a historic African Methodist Church at 2321 Thalia in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Gothic Revival building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
Rev. Keith J. Sanders is a native of Bogalusa, LA. He fulfilled his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Computer Science Option from the University of New Orleans in May 2007.He is married to Marlice D.Sanders, a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., District Manager of the Northeast Louisiana District of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. They are the proud parents of Khalice Janelle Sanders.
